Is Work From Home For Real?

For years, working from home has been a favored option for stay at home moms looking for ways to earn money while caring for their children and anyone who wants to make a little extra pocket change in their spare hours, but the remote jobs have been few and far between or at least challenging to compete for and nail.

Over the past two years, as we are all aware, employers had to become more flexible in order to navigate around the very real and necessary restrictions. Many, if not all employers learned very quickly it doesn't take much to get their employees up and running remotely and after two years, many of those are now opting to offer different remote options; fully remote, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home) or back to full in-office staffing (though this is now the exception in situations where it is possible to function fully remotely). Why? Because businesses figured out it was just as easy for the teams to work remotely and LESS costly! No more expensive building lease payments to house their staff was required. A win-win! So here we are. The workplace has flipped with more people working from home as the norm, rather than the exception.
