Today’s position is work from home for any candidate in the CST/EST time zone. This position offers a $1000 sign on bonus and an additional $2000 after six months.
Some of the main requirements are:
• Answers questions and resolves issues on via inbound calls.
• Building a trusting and caring relationship with the customer.
• Anticipates customer needs.
• Assists customers on benefit plan information and available services.
• Utilizes all relevant information to effectively influence member engagement.
• Processes claim referrals, etc.
You do not need a degree to apply for this position, only a High School Diploma or GED.
