Main responsibilities:

• Research, collection and resolution of outstanding account balances within a portfolio.

• Coaching/training junior Analysts (Sr Analyst position).

• Work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure resolution and accuracy of account balances.

Basic qualifications:

• 3 years’ billing experience (Sr Analyst), 1 year experience (Jr Analyst).

• High School Diploma.

• Proficient using computer programs (tech saavy).
