Get paid between $26 and $28 per hour working remotely with Swing Education. As a Customer Service Coodinator you will be assisting customers with Swing’s platform and helping match highly qualified substitute teachers with schools.
Main responsibilities:
Process Zendesk tickets and answer through email and chat (no experience needed, they will train you)
Monitor customer pain points and suggest improvements to the team.
Suggest content for the Help Center.
Basic qualifications:
Some experience with tickets preferred (but not required)
Empathetic in understanding customer needs (customer first focus)
Professional and good communication.
