Today’s work from home job is with the company Teachable. Teachable is an online platform that allows creators to create and sell their courses online. As a Customer Support Specialist you will help customers with platform issues through Online Chat and Email.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with issues they are having on the Teachable platform

  • Learn the functionality and capability of the Teachable platform so tha tyou can assist customers optimally

  • Provide feedback cross-departmentally to improve the functionality of the platform

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience providing high volume email/chat support, preferred SaaS

  • Excellent written/verbal communication

  • Emotional intelligence and empathy

  • Curiosity for learning

Preferred (Bonus Points):

  • Helpdesk software experience (ZenDesk, Salesforce, etc)

  • Troubleshooting experience

  • Love teaching and learning

  • Results Driven
